Post So if it's Kubuntu-based...
Does this mean that you also share the *buntu repos? Do you have your own proprietary repository as well? If you do, what sort of software would we find in it? I'd like a fairly complete list of available packages you have available outside of the *buntu realm.

It does share some Ubuntu repositories, but it also comes with close to a dozen extra repositories to enable the update and installation of 3rd party (and commercial) applications with magicOnline. magicOnline repositories are also controlled by magicInstall files.
