Yes, I've done that too, and setup gives me an error message saying device not found, yet when I go to the HPLIP Toolbox, the printer icon with the name of the printer is there in the left field, but with a red "X" and another error message saying device not found. This does not make sense, since printing does work, and hplip is showing my printer, even though there is an error message saying device not found. Obviously, it did find it or it would not be identifying the all-in-one printer in the first place. This definitely looks like a bug.
